vocal workshops
Cancellation Policy
One to One Lessons must be canceled 48 hours prior to the start time of the lesson. Cancellations after this time will incur a full cancellation charge, unless your booking is resold. Arpeggio Music can not offer a refund if lessons are canceled outside of the agreed terms regardless of circumstance.
Group workshops
Group workshops must be canceled 1 week (7 days) prior to the start time of your first vocal workshop. Cancellations made after this time will incur a full charge for the whole course regardless of circumstance. If we can resell your place, you will be notified and differences will be paid back to you less a £15 administration charge. If you miss any workshops from the course, this will be non refundable.
Please note: If you miss all or any of your workshop dates lessons can not be transferred to private lessons.
